Who is behind soandso?

Sophie Pignodel, founder and creator of the brand. Independent and discreet, her life's journey is that of a long-distance adventurer who has experienced many things.

Inspired by travels in India and Asia, nourished by avant-garde professional creations and trained in the art of tableware, Sophie one day embarked on the creation of jewelry, as one enters religion.

Guided by the audacity and intuition that make her up, her skills as her baggage, she sets off on an adventure once again and creates soandso in 2007.

Nature and its elements are a true source of inspiration for her. Sophie inscribes the brand's original style around them. As the seasons change, the materials are transformed according to the landscape, much like the brand's jewelry, which springs from the living, according to her sensibility.

Imperfection and well-being as a foundation

Creation is never haphazard! A perfectionist, her temperament leads Sophie toward the quest for a certain aesthetic balance. No symmetry here... Achieving and cultivating the art of the imperfect requires discipline and patience. True to herself, Sophie rises to the challenge and honors the craft she learns "on site," by choosing partners and suppliers from among local artisans with unparalleled jewelry experience.
